When Man圜am opens, select Desktop capture in Man圜am so that you are asked for permission for Man圜am to use Screen Recording again and Man圜am should also appear on the Screen Recording tab of the System Preferences after it has requested permissions. The ini file wasnt in the LiceCap folder, for me it was under usersGlad to hear yours is back up and working again to.
What do I do if Man圜am is not listed in the Screen Recording preferences? Just renamed it 'licecap.ini' - what a wonder, licecap came up again, wroking as expected. LICEcap is available in a version for devices running Windows and OSX operating system.
